Sinopsis:

You're All Surrounded menceritakan 4 detektif rookie yang berumur dua puluh tahun di sebuah kantor polisi di Gangnam, Seoul, Korea Selatan. Keempat detektif rookie itu adalah Eun Dae-Koo ( Lee Seung-Gi ), Eo Soo-Sun ( Go Ara ), Park Tae-Il ( Ahn Jae-Hyeon ) dan Ji Kook ( Park Jung-Min ) tiba di Kantor Polisi Gangnam untuk hari pertama mereka bekerja. Tak satu pun dari detektif rookie bermimpi menjadi seorang detektif. Mereka kemudian bertemu dengan Seo Pan-Seok ( Cha Seung-Won ) untuk pertama kalinya. Seo Pan-Seok adalah Kepala Investigator untuk tim # 3.

Sementara itu, Eun Dae-Koo mengakui Seo Pan-Seok. Dia tidak melupakannya dalam 11 tahun.
